OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Walk- On-Role prize is intended for legal residents of the United States of America and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable U.S. law and applicable state law. Do not enter this contest if you are not located in the United States or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Contest is sponsored by BriteStar Events, LLC, 3982 Powell Road, Suite 170, Powell, Ohio 43065.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. By participating in the Contest, you release, discharge and hold harmless Contest Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Contest or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the choice of the winner, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrants who are deemed the Winners (as defined below)).

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

TIMING: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 10, 2021, and ends at 1:00 p.m. ET on February 11th, 2022 (“Contest Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. ALL PALM BEACH EVENT TICKET AND ADD ON PURCHASES PRIOR TO THIS DATE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ENTER INTO THE DATABASE. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT will occur on or about 3:00p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, February 11th, 2022.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE – There are two (2) ways to enter:

On Site at RomaDrama Live! Palm Beach:To participate, attend RomaDrama Live! Palm Beach during the Contest Entry Period. While on site, agree to Sweepstakes Rules and Conditions. Conditions to confirm your agreement to the Official Rules and that you are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater, on the date of registration. With each ticket or add-on purchase, your name will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes Database.
Mail in Entry: To submit a mail in entry, send a written letter containing participants name, address, phone number, email address and age by December 31, 2021 to: BriteStar Events, LLC, 3982 Powell Road, Suite 170, Powell, Ohio 43065. Each envelope counts as one (1) Entry.
Limit:There is no limit for Entry per person.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winners will be announced on Friday, February 11th, 2022. Should the winners not be in attendance at RomaDrama Live! Palm Beach, they will be notified via email and/or phone call within three (3) days of the winner selection or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. Potential Grand Prize winners will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned to Administrator within ten (10) days of date of issuance. The potential Runner Up Prize winners will be announced on Friday, February 11th, 2022. Should the winners not be in attendance at RomaDrama Live! Palm Beach, they will be notified via email and/or phone call within three (3) days of the winner selection or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. Potential Runner Up Prize winners will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned to Administrator within ten (10) days of date of issuance. If such potential winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winners are ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries using random drawing. Upon verification, Runner Up Prizes will be sent to the address provided during registration or winner outreach (depending on method of entry). Runner Up Prizes will be fulfilled approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the Contest Entry Period has ended. Upon verification, Grand Prize fulfillment timing will be confirmed by Sponsors in their sole discretion.

PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Two (2) Contest Grand Prizes and four (4) Contest Runner Up Prizes will be awarded during the Contest.CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (2): Tow (2) Contest Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of:
- One (1) 3-day, 2-night trip to a filming location for winner and guest
  - Includes round-trip coach class airfare for winner and guest
  - Includes one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room
  - Includes grand transportation to and from airport, hotel, and filming location

Location, dates of travel and all scheduling to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
Winner has the option to be awarded the ARV of the Grand Prize set forth below at the discretion of winner.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00.

CONTEST RUNNER UP PRIZES (4): Four (4) Contest Runner Up Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of:Two (2) Weekend Passes valid for use at a 2022-2023 RomaDrama Live! event.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Runner Up Prize is $129.99.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Contest Prizes is $9,559.99.

PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Contest prize per person/per household. All Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence, final filming location, and dates of travel. Travel must be taken before December 31, 2023 and must be reserved based on Sponsors’ sole discretion, or Sponsors will have no further obligation to such winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any transportation not specifically noted in these rules. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsors, may apply. Sponsors will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsors’ discretion. If winner and guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be chosen. Winner and travel guest must travel from major airport closest to the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and travel guest’s responsibility. In the event the winner lives within 100 miles from filming location, ground transportation only (not air transportation) will be provided to and from the hotel and filming location. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors’ agent, on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice and trip must be taken on a date of the Sponsors’ choosing. If winner and guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsors, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Contest Entities are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets, and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. The hotel accommodations, airline tickets, and ground transportation will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsors. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner, and must complete and return a media release and liability release at least five (5) days prior to departure. If guest is the child or legal ward of the winner, winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not listed herein as part of the prize including, without limitation, ground transportation (other than that specified above as included in prize), luggage fees, souvenirs, miscellaneous hotel expenses, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of winner.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize will only be awarded by Sponsors upon potential winners’ verification of eligibility and final approval by Sponsors. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsors who reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, in their sole discretion. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

MISCELLANEOUS: Contest Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, garbled, damaged, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, all of which are void. Upon entering the Contest, winners grant Contest Parties the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use world-wide in any media now known or later developed, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, city and state of residence, and biographical information for any purpose, including but not limited to, in advertisements, publicity, and other communications, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. You agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors shall be binding and final.

RELEASE: As a condition of entering the Contest, you agree that (1) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, and any claims, judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form class action; and (3) in no event will you be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS CONTEST PARTIES AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS OF EACH, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, WHICH MAY BE DUE TO OR ARISE OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE/MISUSE OR POSSESSION OF PRIZES, OR ANY PRIZE-RELATED TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY. YOU WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

DISCLAIMER: Contest Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Contest-related materials. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers with the entry process. Sponsors also reserve the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or modify the Contest and award the prizes for the Contest from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of termination using the judging procedure outlined above or in a random drawing if for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other causes that may corrupt or impair the integrity, fairness or proper play of the Contest. Contest Parties are not responsible or liable for any events which may cause errors and/or the Contest to be stopped, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or cable, satellite, or Internet Service Providers, computer equipment, software or any other failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to yours or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Contest Parties are not responsible for computer, mechanical, technical, electronic, network or other errors or problems, including any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, or in any other Contest-related materials. The Contest Parties may stop you from participating in this Contest if you violate Official Rules or act, in Sponsors’ sole discretion: (a) in a manner Sponsors determine to be not fair; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsors; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Should more prizes be awarded through a computer, hardware, or software malfunction, error or failure, or for any other reason, in any prize category, than are stated for that category in the Official Rules, Sponsors reserve the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules for that category. In no event will more prizes be awarded than that listed in Section 6.

CAUTION: ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR DATABASE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CONTEST PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsors, and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the state of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Ohio. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the state of Ohio. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner.
