Code of Conduct

BRITESTAR provides a fun, uplifting fan experience through both our virtual and live events and sponsored activities. However, BRITESTAR is not a place for behavior that is inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, negative or abusive.

BRITESTAR defines inappropriate behavior as that which undermines the spirit of BRITESTAR, including any form of verbal or physical abuse, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which may violate any local, state or federal laws or cause personal offense to another BRITESTAR participant before or during the event, whether in-person, via the Once Upon mobile app, through online or social media channels, or any other method of communication.

BRITESTAR may take action in its discretion to address any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.

Please contact [email protected] if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and BRITESTAR will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Notifying BRITESTAR does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

All suspected violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, please contact the local police department at its non-emergency published telephone number.
